Reviews For Original Coconut Wraps
Based on 21 Reviews
I had been eyeing these Coconut Wraps for a while and they happened to become a free gift when I made my last order. Wow, why did I wait so long to try these? Super simple ingredients (all coconut, baby!) and very versatile. The wrap has a half fresh coconut meat half toasted coconut flavor that is kinda sweet. Reminds me of lumpia wrappers (which also hail from the Philippines) and I wonder if they would fry well. I also love that they are low carb and have no added salt.
Great alternative to tortillas
I love these. Slight get coconut flavor but when you add your filling it tends to get more mild. I've don't turkey wraps as well as breakfast burritos and big we're great. I've had the plain and turmeric...no taste difference between the two. Better price here than on Amazon

These are so good! Exceeded my expectations.

I am trying to trend my diet away from wheat, and I am a huge coconut fan so I thought I would give these a try. They have a mild coconut flavor that I thought enhanced everything I tried in them. I was skeptical at first because the texture is almost like a fruit leather, but I really like these and they stay together without tearing. I have tried all kinds of sandwiches, the big test will be to see if I like them with breakfast burrito filling. Definitely worth a try.
I use the original and the numeric and I love them both! When they first hit your tongue they are a little bit sweet but go very well with savory fillings too!

Nice to be able to eat a 'wrap' while doing Whole 30!
These fragrant wraps are tasty and the texture is nice for chicken and beef. Nice to have a 'sandwich' type food while on the Whole 30--these ingredients are totally compliant. Thanks Thrive Market!

Wow! Just, wow!
Since I'm vegan (not paleo), I was looking for a tortilla without palm oil and also a little healthier than regular tortillas. Since I use the Tofurkey deli slices and Follow Your Heart cheese slices, I put that in the wrap, ate it at school for lunch, and it was just delicious. Since my mom has to eat low-carb stuff, this is perfect for her to use. I'm going to order more of this!
Finally found something that tastes great since went grain free.
When I opened the package, the coconut smell was so strong I thought it would definitely be too overpowering for a savory wrap. So I whipped up a tuna/hummus/cucumber wrap and hoped for the best... and the best happened. The coconut flavor is definitely there, but it's very subtle. I am very impressed!

So good. The coconut flavor surprisingly goes with everything. It is very mild. Now I go to my favorite sandwich shop and ask for just the "inside" of the sandwich. I wrap my Coconut Wraps around it and YUM! I have been endlessly creative with these at home too. I now prefer these to anything else I have tried.
I tried these because I was desperate to find a tortilla alternative that wouldn't make me sick (food allergies/sensitivities suck). Preparing for the worst, I made a tuna wrap and took a bite. It was amazing! I'm hooked and am going to test them with fajitas very soon, as well as try the others that are made with turmeric - thinking they'll be great with shrimp.
If you like coconut you will love these!
Really helped to satisfy bread craving. Wouldn't mind if they were larger for burritos and got more to a package. Good product.
One of my Favorite Bites
So happy to have discovered these since I gave up grains.
Easy to roll and taste great. Have to eat immediately cause they will get soggy. My favorite is mixing chopped up chicken with apples and cucumbers. I then make a dressing with mashed Avocado and Bragg's Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing. ( I don't eat mayo now either).
Only coconut wraps I've tried, but they are really tasty. I roll some cashew butter and honey into a "burrito" and it makes a heavenly late night snack.
So yummy! Just a tad sweet.,, and none of that funky coconut texture

I thought these wraps would be kind of hard to roll but in reality they are really soft and easy to roll up into a wrap. You can cut them in half and use them as a taco shell as well. I would recommend these any time, the only thing I have a problem with is that there are only 5 wraps and I wish there were more.
They have a pretty good consistency and taste if you're okay with coconut flavoring.
I've used it only once and it's OK.
When Julian Bakery coconut wraps fazed out production switched to these. Very good product and consistent high quality.
Nuco Original Coconut Wraps
Julian Bakery ran out (1/16 still out) of their coconut wraps so we tried NUCO. Nuco wraps are just as flavorful however, they are softer (a little less brittle) than other coconut wraps we have eaten. They are delicious and easy to use. We have decided to stick with the Nuco wraps!
The best Coconut wraps!
These coconut wraps are great for the Paleo and AIP ways of eating. They have a sweet taste without the sugar. After opening, I put them in an extra Ziplock bag and remove the air from the bag to keep them fresh.
