soft and fluffy
The one-pound bag is a fresh way to keep coconut flour available in the kitchen. The zip lock on the top is very easy to close (unlike some other vendors inferior brand), and the product inside is soft, fresh and fluffy. I made many gluten-free nice pie crusts with one bag! I gave a 4-sar for pricey.

Just loved it
Hello everyone, I've just tried this flour for baking my husband a healthy cake and everyone loved it! They almost didn't notice.
Great quality flour!
Great Coconut products
I buy this at Thrive to take advantage of the "one stop shopping"! I used to get my "flour" elsewhere. But this is a good deal!
Lovely Coconut Flour
I wanted to branch out from my go-to coconut flour from Bob's Red Mill, just to see what the others are like and so far this one has BRM beat! Price is great and I love how it comes in a resealable pouch for easy storage in the fridge or pantry. The flour is also very fluffy and so far not super clumpy when I'm measuring about what I need. The flour also blends in so easily - no clumps that I have to mash down with a spoon because I hate the extra step of having to sift beforehand! The coconut flavor is also subtle and just lovely.
Great for cooking!
I use this to Increase fiber and protien intake in baking recipes!
Our local store only sells Bob's Redmill coconut flour & I thought it was great. Then I purchased this brand & I will NEVER buy another brand again! It has a smoother texture & the taste is AMAZING!
Haven't tried it yet!
Found Nutiva brand anything to be very good so expect nothing less of this coconut flour!
Now this is what I was looking for
Several years ago, I had bought coconut flour and was delighted as the flour and other ingredients made yummy cookies that flew off the plate. Happy with the results I bought more coconut flour, 10lbs, from a different source. Imagine my disappointment when the next batch had almost no fat content and simply did not yield very good cookies. In looking through the list of flours offered by Thrive, I noticed that the Nutiva coconut flour has still a nice amount of coconut fat in the flour, as well as dietary fiber. Considering the great health benefits coconut offers, I ordered it and created a 'raw' cookie by mixing 1 cup of this flour, 1 cup of almond flour, 2 table spoons of Agave syrup, 2 table spoons of coconut oil, a pinch of salt and 3 drops of therapeutic grade peppermint oil, blended (kneaded) all together and then pressed into one of those 'silicone' cookie forms of leaf shape and placed over night in the refrigerator. This morning these readily released and looked very nice.
I set them out for the turkey feast company and saw these vanish rapidly. The peppermint made them fresh tasting, but the combination of the flours, syrup and oil made them a great success.
I love using this for baking! Great stuff. The coconut adds extra flavor.
