Perfect travel product! Can be used as moisturizer, makeup remover, lip balm, and to add a little shine!

I didn't realize it is really a balm. It is a bit more work to apply than a cream. The smell is very different than any thing I've tried, but I don't particularly mind it. I use it at night, but next time I will purchase an actual cream as I don't feel it is particularly that moisturizing.

Melts all makeup off in seconds, great overnight mask too!

This stuff is seriously amazing. For one, I love the Acure brand - they’re less toxic than their equally priced counterparts, and they work phenomenally if you get the right combinations for you hair & skin’s needs. I have been a devout user of Young Living’s rose ointment for a couple years now, and while I will continue to use it for dry skin (particularly my cuticles and hands) this Acure Blue Tansy Serum is a blessing to my face. I have an oily T-zone and dry patches on my forehead and jaw, but now that I’ve switched to a VERY mild cleanser and this serum as my all-over face moisturizer, I can see my skin starting to even out. It feels a bit greasy going on (not as greasy as the YL rose ointment), but by the morning it has sunken into my skin and left it hydrated and soothed. I would absolutely not recommend it as an under-makeup moisturizer - too heavy. The smell is light and natural, it does what I need, and I would gladly pay more than $13 for it. Thank you, Thrive, for carrying Acure products.

I use Acure's blue tansy night oil but wanted to try the serum to see how it compared. It melts on your face as soon as you start to lightly rub it in, and is just as nourishing as the oil (in my opinion). Since it's in solid state, I guess that makes it a bit more travel-friendly too!
