Feels like working in a sawmill, but packaging is stupid

When I shampoo with this, I can briefly imagine I work in a sawmill. But perhaps mercifully, the feeling — and the scent — fade on rinsing. But I don't know who had the brilliant idea of packaging a highly viscous liquid in a rigid metal bottle! How am I supposed to get it out without shaking like a madman and whacking the metal edge of the opening against my poor defenseless palm. I'm all for using recyclable materials, but this is one case where it's not a user-friendly design choice.

I Use This For Me

I buy this for myself, as a woman, not for my husband. I love the scent and it pairs nicely with the conditioner I use from another brand. I would rather smell woodsy than flowery. It leaves my hair so soft and clean. It’s quite thick and pretty long so there’s a lot of hair. It doesn’t weigh it down so I can actually see my forgotten curls starting to come back without much extra help even!

This shampoo works great. I have extremely long, slightly wavy hair. I use a shampoo bar a few times a week, and then once a week I use liquid shampoo and conditioner. This is very eco friendly, and it smells very fresh. My hair is soft and feels clean without that stripped/dry feeling of harsher shampoos.
