Alter Eco is by far the best chocolates!

I found this to be a little too bitter for my taste, then again, it is 90% cacao.

I love this chocolate, and have it as a restocked item. Unfortunately the last shipment had a case of chocolate bloom (where the fat separates and created a dusty looking outer appearance). I cant be sure if the improper storage is due to the chocolate brand, Thrive, or bad weather in the shipping process. Nonetheless, it unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth.

Hands down my favorite brand for great tasting, smooth chocolate!

I love a chocolate bar with a high percentage of cacao—the mint flavor hides the bitterness that often comes with very dark chocolate. Love the silky texture of alter eco bars.
