Amore Italian food products are as authentic as they are delicious and convenient. The company makes ready-to-eat packaged vegetables and legumes as well as kitchen staples like pastes and juices.

These products are key elements of traditional Italian cuisine, but can also be used to enhance foods of other cultures like Asian and Latin. However you choose to cook with Amore, you’ll make food full of love.

Amore’s History

Amore’s founder, Mario Foah, spent most of his childhood helping his mother cook for their family of seven in their home in Naples, Italy. He was enamored with the kitchen and the art of cooking, and it developed into a lifelong passion.

Food was how Mario’s mother showed her love, and how he learned to show his. When he eventually moved to New York and started his business, Mario chose the Italian word for love to be the name of his brand.

Amore’s Mission

Amore is dedicated to bringing authentic Italian ingredients to homes around the world. Since the company’s inception, the founder has taken countless trips back to his home country to seek out new products to bring to international consumers.

Amore Top Products

Amore makes pastes, ready-to-eat vegetables, and legumes, as well as other Italian specialty food products like clam juice and anchovies. Here’s a closer look at two of the brand’s top products:

Tomato Paste

A staple of Italian cooking, tomatoes can be added to dishes in many forms including chunks, pulps, juice, and paste. This vibrant, zesty tube of concentrated tomato paste is a convenient way to add a bold burst of fresh flavor to sauces, stews, and more.

Garlic Paste

Perhaps the only ingredient more immediately recognizable as Italian than tomato is garlic. This tube of garlic paste takes all the work out of cleaning, peeling, and chopping fresh garlic - without sacrificing any flavor or freshness. The paste is made with salt, sunflower oil, and olive oil, mellowing out the garlic’s sharp aroma but retaining its intense flavor.

Clean Italian Eating
