Love these. Good for my needs

I am intending this will be a good supplement addition for me. So far 2 days not noticable... requires 2 capsules per day, it seems a better choice for day and morning, not sure about ant laxative effect just yet... I am speculating, not...

This is one of the more interesting Magnesium supplements I’ve tried. I must not have read the ingredients list very carefully because it has both beef bone broth and collagen in it. I’m not the biggest fan of beef but I’m ok with it, but a heads up for vegetarians/vegans. The one drawback is that it is BEEFY tasting/smelling, so I have to chase it with something that tastes good lol. I usually take just one or two in the evening and it helps me relax and get to sleep. Skullcap is great for that, but it does give me wild dreams sometimes! I’ll probably buy it again though.

My MIL was complaining of fatigue and tired stinging eyes. I gifted her this and she said it made her feel so much better! Glad it helped her. Good ingredients!!

This worked great, but they are a little big, and I choked several different times. I had to stop taking them for that reason.

Great supplement and well digested. I have a sensitive stomach and this supplement digests very well. I feel this supplement has helped me with my overall health.

I like the combination of magnesium and all the other beneficial ingredients. Sometimes it's a better price on Thrive than it is directly on the company's website.
