We used these for healthy Buckwheat waffles and my husband and I thought they were delicious! Please be aware, I guess the flavor is not to everyone’s liking. Like my sister found out, the flavor is unique and tastes like roasted buckwheat which was too “strong” for her so we added some more maple syrup and mashed banana to the batter and she liked it better (she still prefers her cashew pancakes better though).
