I use this flour to bake muffins. I used to grind buckwheat to make it into a flour, so this is much more convenient

This buckwheat flour is good, although I don’t have much else to compare it to haha. It is a very fine, soft texture. I’ve used it in a phenomenal chocolate cake recipe, which requires buckwheat flour. I also used it, along with almond flour, to replace half of the all-purpose flour in the pancakes I made this morning. It didn’t disappoint.

I am trying to bake with a variety of flours and these are great alternative for some of my muffins. It is definitely a more grainy, noticeable flour, but it in a nice change of pace.
