I love to put this on bowls, rice, stir fries, whatever! It is great flavor! Be careful if celiac bc the brand has Non-GF versions of this and I made that mistake once!

Recently diagnosed with celiac disease and quickly discovered my favorite BBQ sauce wasn't gluten free. I tried this looking for a replacement. I really like the taste of this Japanese BBQ sauce, but I do need to say that it tastes why more like a teriyaki sauce or a marinade, and nothing like a store bought, traditional BBQ sauce. I enjoy this over rice, hamburger patties, we made Asian inspired chicken tacos with this sauce, and it's great on vegetables and rice as well. it's very concentrated so a little sauce goes a long way. I highly recommend this for seasoning and marinade, but I'm still looking for a replacement BBQ sauce for ribs/steak.
