This stuff is the greatest for keeping my feet happy and soft.
Smell is Overpowering
Posted by Lola from PORTLAND, Oregon
I am usually fond of using al of the essential oils that are contained in this salve - but oh my, there is an unusually pungent and medicinal smell to this product. It stunk up my sheets - I had to wash them after a single use. I had to wash my hands twice after rubbing it into my feet, to reduce the fume enough, so that my eyes would not be irritated as I went to bed.
I use Badger's other balms and truly enjoy them. This one just has too much fume for my taste.

I get really dry feet in the winter and this is one of those products that really works, plus it smells nice.
Reclaimed rough heels with daily use.
Posted by Amanda from LEESBURG, Virginia
My feet have been a rough mess for years. I started using this foot balm after the shower daily about a month and a half ago. My heel calluses no longer catch on my socks. The smell is not overpowering and dissipates quickly. Texture is somewhere between beeswax and grease when applying.
Great blister preventer

A must have for backpacking to prevent blisters

It’s okay. Greasy and doesn’t do much for the really rough spots on my feet.
Good not great
Posted by Luz from Bronx, New York
I was actually really excited about this foot balm because everyone was raving about how great it is but it’s just kind of good. It’s too stiff and feels more greasy than moisturizing, I also wish it came with a little scoop because you’d have to really put pressure to scrape out some of the balm which I find unhygienic going back in. I tried to like it but I eventually found something better.

Best heel treatment
Posted by Rachel from STAMFORD, Connecticut
This is the best cracked heel treatment I have used, and I've tried many. Smells nice like peppermint, too. I put it on with socks to wear to bed.
