When I remember to do this, I think it helps moisturize my nose and throat (I live in a dry climate).

Place inside my nose when it gets dry, and it helps
Dry weather friend

I discovered this stuff when I lived in TN. Central air dried me out like no other, this stuff really helped. I now live in SoCal, and on dry days, it also helps. I find I sleep better if I use it before bed. Also I suspect it supplements your natural nasal mucous membrane and helps that function optimally as well.
Not sure I'm in love with this yet...

Not sure I'm in love with this yet. Obviously, you have to get past putting things up your nose. But I'm not sure it's made that much of a difference.
Been using this for years

For vata types with dry nasal passages this is a godsend. I mostly use it in the fall and winter, sometimes use it year round. I recently had some ear pain and used it in my ears, too, and they cleared right up. So happy to see Banyan Botanical products here, I love that company.
So Soothing & Relieves Itching!

I am constantly scratching my nose and driving myself crazy with itching it. I added a few drops of this for the first time and WOW - no itching! My nose felt great! I'd tried other oils like coconut and argan oils before, saline sprays, antihistamines, and even medicated sprays with no luck. This is amazing and I'll definitely continue buying it!
Easier to breathe

I use a couple drops of this before I go to bed & it makes it so much easier to breathe through the night.
Provides nourishing alternative to nasal/sinus health
Posted by F. from LONE TREE, Colorado
Having read about the Naysa Oil Practice for some time, I decided to give it a try. I experience chronic deep sinus issues [rarely acute] from mycotoxicosis & live in a dry climate. I only began using this after treating mycotoxicosis; though the deep sinus irritation can still flare from any mold exposure. I was cautious & wanted to ensure the quality of this formula so that it would not aggravate mold toxicity.
This oil practice feels nourishing for dry nasal/sinus passages, soothes irritation, doesn't appear to make my underlying issues worse, & has kept dry-climate-nosebleeds at bay. It feels as if my nasal-sinus mucosa are maintaining a healthier environment & balance.
I find that 3 drops per nostril feels good; 5 drops feels a bit too much & 1-2 drops insufficient. Inevitably, one may taste a hint of the oil as it drips to the back of the throat, especially if using more, but this is just a factor of our anatomy. I highly recommend this Naysa Oil & the oil practice for any nasal-sinus allergies, irritations, dryness, nasal polyps, etc.
Use when stuffed up

It works well when I'm stuffed up or feel I'm catching something. Just try to keep it in your nose as long as possible, that's the hard part!

i've been needing something like this but didn't know it existed until i saw it on thrive. it is hard to tell how many drops are going in and a little messy but i noticed an immediate improvement in my chronic sinus and ear problems. it is subtle but i'm looking forward to using this more
