I purposely substituted this in a meal and didn’t tell the family. Everyone loved it. I have been using this instead of regular pasta since. It is so much more healthy… Has a ton of protein… And I don’t think will ever eat regular pasta again

We really love these chickpea pastas from Banza! They are now a staple in our home. They cook in about the same amount of time amd tast creamy. If they have a lot of foam, I do rinse them and put them back in the pan to warm up again. Just put them back in and cover with a lid, but not on the hot burner. My pot stays hot enough to keep them warm. Not a big deal for me.

Tastes great and I feel better giving it to my toddler knowing she won't be hungry again in 5 min. Great texture, cooks quickly just make sure to watch it it foams up. You can find it for less expensive elsewhere though.

I like that there is a lot of protein packed into the serving of noodles. I don't have to eat much to stay full! There is a slight taste difference between these are typical grain noodles but these are a delicious gluten free option.
