Love base culture bread! Gluten free and clean ingredients

We did not love this. Very heavy bread

It came all smooshed and was a quarter the size of normal bread I’m not kidding it was so tiny it wouldn’t even fill my one year old. Also has a chemical taste that I started to get freaked out. So disappointed

Could not spread Mayo butter on slices just lots of crumbs. Wanted to like it. Great ingredients.

this bread is SOOO dry and it crumbles. the freezer versions never are.

Texture and flavor wasn’t right? Less salt would have helped this a lot and something to have it not be as crumbly would help it also? Sad because it is a lot of what I would want in a bread but it missed the mark for me. I love their cinnamon raisin bread so perhaps adding eggs like the cinnamon raisin bread does would help this loaf?

Mini size aside it tastes like plastic - perhaps the shrink wrapping seeps into the bread - either way tastes terrible.
