Love the idea of these but found these don’t work very well for me. I use them as a rotation to my normal gut supplements when I feel like my body can tolerate them (which isn’t that often). I also found out that bee propolis can possibly inhibit some CYP liver enzymes and have to be careful since I use other medications and supplements that might possibly be affected by taking this.
