Looking for an alternative way to ward off colds than with cough syrups and throat sprays that often contain artificial ingredients? Beekeeper’s Naturals offers a holistic approach to wellness using a time-honored medicinal secret: propolis. Produced by bees, propolis has been shown to boost immunity, and this earth-first brand has found a way to harvest the elixir sustainably and responsibly while offering an array of health-supporting products. The company has even gone a step further by partnering with leading North American bee research institutions to provide education and spread awareness for protecting bees and the nourishing superfoods they produce. Read on to learn what makes Beekeeper’s Naturals a brand worth buzzing about.

The History of Beekeeper's Naturals

Beekeeper’s Naturals all began when founder Carly Stein spent a semester abroad in Europe. During her stay, Stein suffered a serious case of tonsillitis and searched for a remedy. It was then that she came across an Italian pharmacy that offered bee products. After taking propolis, Stein found herself on the mend. Once back in the U.S., Stein was unable to find propolis on the shelves of her local health food stores and pharmacies and decided to learn everything she could about this medicinal secret weapon. Two years later, Stein launched Beekeeper’s Naturals with the goal of sharing propolis and all of its benefits with North America.

Beekeeper's Naturals Company Mission

Beekeeper’s Naturals is on a mission to offer the highest quality superfoods from the hive while nurturing a greater awareness for protecting bees. Not only does the brand use the purest ingredients from sustainable apiaries that put their bees first, but each ingredient is rigorously researched and tested to meet the highest potency standards.

Benefits of Beekeeper's Naturals

At the heart of all Beekeeper’s Naturals products is an ingredient called propolis. Propolis is a protective substance that bees make by collecting plant and tree resins. While it has a bit of a medicinal taste, the benefits of propolis are pretty sweet. This natural material contains over 300 powerful compounds known for supporting immunity and boosting wellness. In fact, there’s even evidence of the use of propolis dating all the way back to 300 B.C. Propolis is used to aid in the following:

Provides daily immune support
Staves off sniffles
Soothes scratchy throats
Boosts immunity while traveling, under stress, or fatigued
