Beyond Sausage links are very greasy & highly processed. They broiled ok, and tasted ok, but I cannot eat them due to the added vitamins, most especially the added cyanocobalamin (vitamin b12). Many people have the genetic mutation which disallows us from consuming non-methylated Vitamin B12. So why on earth would Beyond add this vitamin to a breakfast food??? This got me thinking about not eating ANY foods to which vitamins have to be artificially added in order to make the “food” have any nutritional value. Will never be buying this again.

Links good but no where near enough sausage seasoning…. BLAND

These taste like normal breakfast sausages and are great for a weekend breakfast. Even my parents who eat meat really enjoy them.

My very picky husband now gets these regularly -- they passed the taste test!
