Bionaturae, Organic Sourdough Fusilli

My absolute new favorite pasta! If you love sourdough bread, you’ll love this!

Did not care for this pasta at all, maybe because Italian and eat pasta frequently but this was not good!

Tastes great. Texture is great!

but it turns out that sourdough pasta isn't doesn't really work.

I was able to easily cook the pasta to al dente which was nice. When tasting it by itself it has a definite sour flavor at the finish. However when I made it into Mac & Cheese it was not as noticeable and the cheese masked the flavor. If I had used a milder sauce or used it a pasta salad I am pretty sure the sour flavor would have been detected. If you like pronounced sourdough flavor go for it. Otherwise, stay with its regular cousin.
