Not great. Texture issues kill it for this sourdough love...
Much better in theory than in practice. I jumped at the chance to try sourdough flavored pasta and, though the sourdough flavor is quite pronounced, there are significant textural issues that ended up making this unpleasant to eat, in my opinion. This cooks up more like rice pasta, ending up much more soft than conventional durum wheat pasta, and giving up way more starch to the pasta water.

We enjoy the taste of this product, but the spaghetti, specifically, is a disaster visually and in terms of texture. Follow the cooking instructions to the T and it always comes out as a big glob of pasta, never nice spaghetti. The Penne we bought isn't quite as bad, but the spaghetti we are no longer ordering due to its presentation and texture issues. It is also kind of slimy and sticky, it's hard to describe but either way, it's not good, especially at its demanding price point. Sorry, we've tried it several times now and have just decided to say no more.
