Birch Benders, Organic Classic Pancake & Waffle Mix

These came out a bit rubbery...

for those mornings where there's no time to whip out the eggs in the milk Birch Bender's complete is in our pantry for this go go go family

I usually make my own pancake/waffle mix but like to keep a prepackaged bag on hand ,and I liked the ingredients of this brand . My grandson seen these in my pantry and wanted me to make it so I did ,along with cinnamon apples. They were easy to prepare and so good ,turned out fluffy and airy .

Make sure you read the directions and let it sit prior to cooking.

Not the cleanest ingredients. But, I find these lovely. Not too sweet and substantial enough to act like great "bread" for a morning sandwich if you make them smaller. I like the flavor.

Very bland taste. No one would eat these when I made them.

good mix but every time I order this the package arrives torn and mix is all over everything else in the box

My favorite pancake mix so far we used it up on two days and had to buy a bunch more. And the price is more affordable then my local grocery store that sells it
