the soap works fine and smells nice, but bad pump
I got this as a free gift so I can’t really complain, but the pump bottle isn’t good. The glass bottle itself is nice, but the plastic pump part is terrible. After about 2 weeks of use it just stopped working. So now we have this nice soap bottle with no pump. I would not recommend buying the bottle. Get the soap packets and buy a separate dispenser.

pump is no good
I got this for my free gift. The pump does not pump out the soap like it should. It gets stuck and now has completely stopped working. The disks of soap that are supposed to dissolve in water didn’t completely dissolve. It just sat in the bottom of the dispenser. They need to improve this concept.

Great hand soap!
I think this is the best hand soap I've tried. So convenient. Just fill to the water line (which is well marked) and drop in a tablet. The soap foams just right and is gentle on the hands. The bottle is heavy so it doesn't move around when pumping the soap.

It’s a good idea and the scent was lovely, but the pump does not create much foam. I will continue to use it but may try a different soap in the bottle to see if it foams better when I’m finished with the tablets I have.
