Delicious but weirdly fragile crust - by RebecaI have to say, the gluten-free crust on this pizza is genuinely yummy! I have no issues with the taste or the texture after baking. I’ve just never seen a frozen pizza crust literally shatter before! Both of the pizzas I ordered came with big cracks and breaks in the crust, like a shattered window. Didn’t affect the taste at all, but I had to be very careful in transferring the frozen pizza to a baking sheet. I think it’s to do with the type of flour, must be more fragile when frozen. So do be careful when cooking it! But otherwise I found these very good! Not even good for gluten-free pizza— Good in general!
