Who knew riced cauliflower could taste so good! We now eat this twice a week.

I love to keep cauliflower rice on hand as a quick bowl base. Adding various veggies, meat and sauce. Asian or Mexican usually. Having these delivered to my door makes it even easier. I cooked these in microwave for 4min like I do other brands and it turned out just fine. I then add to my bowls or 1 pan dishes when they are almost ready.

I made a chicken stir-fry using this, and it was delicious!

Works and tastes great!

I have nothing to compare it to but it tasted very much like cauliflower
