Why You’ll Love It

The great texture and flavor of this product proves that you don’t need wheat to make good bread. Because of the strength of the dough, it’s extremely versatile and can be prepared in a number of ways: tortillas/wraps, French toast, calzones, turnovers, bread bowls (for soup and chowder), buns, and much more.

About This Brand

Chebe

People ask us all the time how this delicious bread with the funny name got its start. My wife, Ju, was born and raised in Brazil. During my travels there I fell in love with a unique bread product which she had grown up with called pao de queijo. It’s a Brazilian cheese bread served literally everywhere you go. People sell it on the streets. You can buy it in grocery stores. And fine restaurants serve it daily. One taste of its crispy crust and moist, chewy inside and you’ll understand. Which is why, when we left Brazil, we decided to take it

When I used to eat dairy and was gluten free, this was a go to bread for me. It tastes so delicious, just like the cheese bread from the Brazilian steakhouse restaurants!

Their own thing

If you don't go into these thinking you'll get a Red Lobster style cheddar biscuit, you'll find they make a really yummy bite that goes great with soup. More like a cross between a cracker and a bread, if that makes any sense. They are their own thing and as such are fantastic!

These are not as delicious as the ones I had in Brazil fresh at a restaurant but still quite good for a box. I add more cheese than suggested and it works well. They don’t last long around here, delicious hot out of the oven

We love Brazillian bread. These are easy to make and delicious warm. Be careful not to over bake them.
