Seems Amazing, Turned Out Disgusting

I'm not sure if I just added too much oil, or flour, or the Just Egg substituted instead of real eggs wasn't the right consistency, but this dough turned out to be too gummy. Perhaps I should have cooked it longer, but, ain't nobody got time for that. I followed the package directions and then we ended up eating a frozen pizza instead.

I wish it had more flavor. I prefer the Simple Mills pizza crust mix.

Used this for the first time this weekend and it was a hit! I used finely shredded Parmesan and used heavy cream and it was phenomenal. I just ordered three more boxes and will keep this on hand all of the time. Was my first time eating pizza since cleaning up my diet in February and it was nice to know that I was keeping myself on track while having a pizza night at the same time.

The best gluten free dairy free crust

Chebe is an old school Celiac classic. And even though there's much more competition from when they started, this is still a great product. It's easy to make and both me and my not gluten free fiance love it. It's also comparatively reasonably priced to the other stuff on the market. It also has some flexibility you can make it on the thinner side or thicker and both work well.

best GF crust

Yes, gf pizza is an adjustment from classic NY style gluten pizza. However, this Chebe mix is the best I've tried. It has amazing flavor and crisps up nicely. A quick tip: Cook the crust in the oven for 12-15 min and then place your sauce/cheese/toppings on the crust and put in the oven for another 10-12 min or until everything looks good.

If you flatten the dough enough, it has a nice crispy texture
