Founder Leo Cotter was born and raised in Venezuela, and moved to the United States in 2016. Trained as an architect, he decided to pursue a career in the food industry and follow his passion to bring traditional Latin American foods into every home. Before launching the brand, he spent five years experimenting, testing, failing, and retesting recipes for the perfect snack cracker.
