These are more on the softer side! The thrive market brand is better in the 1 oz bags! They are greener and firmer!

I do absolutely love the flavor of these olives and the brine. I did notice, as others have said, that the texture was a little soft, and I normally expect pickled olives to be firm. I think I’d still buy again, but I’d switch in a heartbeat if Thrive could get some garlic-stuffed olives.

We have these olives on subscription. They are usually always delicious and firm. The last batch arrived and they were mushy. We ate them anyway. I contacted Thrive and they applied a credit to our account so I will keep them on subscription and give them another try. I'm hoping it was just one batch. I will update my review when we get the next shipment.

Sometimes pitted olives loose their firmness but these don’t. They’re great for snacking, charcuterie, salads, and more.

Overpriced

no garlic or pimento etc that turns kids away. simple tasty healthy.
