The pride of Greece, our sliced Kalamata boast a smoky and fruity flavor profile with hints of red wine. The perfect olive for adding to salads, pasta, pizza, wraps and more.
Divina Kalamata are the real deal; picked in western Greece and artfully cured up to six months to draw out the fruit's sweet and smoky flavors. During the harvest, growers will return to an olive tree several times over a period of weeks to ensure that each olive is picked at its ideal size. Our pitted Kalamata are sorted by hand for consistency and undergo an extensive pit check process including sorting, washing and X-ray detection.
