When I need a boost in my milk supply because baby is going through a growth spurt or I need to pump extra to leave with a sitter for a day out, drinking a cup of this tea does the trick!

Just because this product says it will help doesn’t mean it will work for you. I found out the hard way. So please do your research about all these ingredients before you decide whether to try this. I do my research and study herbalism and I still ended up wrecking my milk supply. Not only because of this product but this product did play a part. From what I understand coming from my lactation consultant, fenugreek can either aid or hinder your milk supply. It act differently for different people. So why chance it when there are teas and products on the market that don’t have fenugreek. I throughly researched this tea and I wish the company would have be honest about the chance that it might have the opposite effect…

Taste wasn’t all that great it has a curry smell and taste so I just add a bit of honey lemon or coffee cream to make it sweeter! Only helped get my milk back to my average I thought it would help drastically

Never believed that tea can help increase with breast milk production till I tried this!
