Baby didn’t like this, so gave most of it away to coworkers w newborns. I tasted it and it seemed bland for me. Caregiver suggested to use it as a gravy to other foods (solids), which seems it could work! Every baby is different so maybe it could work for someone else.

I prefer making my own baby food, but sometimes life does not allow for that. Also, I need something I can keep in the diaper bag if we're out and about. The nutritional profile for this is not outstanding (i.e. it could use more fat and protein), but it does the job. I try to "beef it up" by adding some extra pureed chicken thighs or beef and/or collagen powder. Little man likes it, too!
