I have been buying seaweed from this company for years as Emerald Cove is a company I trust to monitor the quality of their product.
Easy to use for cooking

I usually make miso soup with wakame. It adds nice umami flavors and minerals to the soup. This wakame doesn't need to wash them. Just add to the soup when cooking. Easy to use. For making salad with it, I would soak briefly like for 5 minutes.

Thrive’s price is less than any of my local stores, hence my 5 stars. As far as this brand being better than another, I can’t really speak to that.

Live this brand and am glad thrive carries them! Wakame has this weird salty super satisfying crunch for me. Idk if its good to eat too much dry though but I occasionally like to snack on a couple shreds. Will def reorder.
