The History of Feel Good Foods

Co-founder Vanessa Phillips was raised in the restaurant industry. Working in her family’s Chinese restaurants and bagel shops inspired her to open her own restaurant one day, but her dream hit a setback when she was diagnosed with celiac disease at age twenty. Heartbroken that she couldn’t eat her dad’s potstickers, she was determined to find a way to enjoy her favorite foods again. Fast forward a few years and she met Tryg Siverson, a chef who helped her vision come to life. Together, they developed gluten-free versions of the foods Vanessa missed the most, and eventually launched Feel Good Foods for all to enjoy.
