Gaia Herbs, St. John's Wort

Didn’t really notice a big difference.

The capsules smell amazing. I’ve been taking this product about 2 weeks, and I notice a difference. It’s helping brighten my mood and is making life less dark. I do not like tinctures/alcohol, and I still find the capsules to be extremely effective. All one has to do is know the dosage equivalent of the form of herb they’re ingesting and adjust it. This product during the day, along with lemon balm tea/or hydrosol, and magnesium body spray before bed is a blessing. Life ain’t so bad at all, living off the wall.

I’m one that is typically skeptical until proven otherwise, and I have been pleasantly surprised by my results of taking this. Definitely will continue to buy.

Good stuff

I have been ordering from Thrive and taking the liquid/extract Saint Johns Wort Gaia encapsulations (more potent)for months. Today in my order of the same exact item, I received a dried herb encapsulation. I am unable to get correct support on understating if this is the product they are going to stock from now on. Buyer FYI this used to be the liquid/extract, and now it is the dried herb....

I've been using Gaia herb St John's wort for years and it's been great for my mental health if you want to go the more herbal route
