Hard to know if they did anything

These taste fine, but I am not sure if the strength is enough to feel an effect. I have used Turmeric/Curcumin in pill form (MyKind brand sold here), and with those I do notice the benefits.

I was told to try taking Turmeric for health reasons. I found no difference after taking these for several months. They were quite tasty, and easy to eat. Chewy and nice. But since they did not help my aches and pains, I decided it was not worth the cost.
