Great alternative to OTC and prescription meds

I have fibromyalgia, and this is one of the products I use that really eases my pain if I’m having a bad day. It is important to take at least one capsule per day on a regular basis so that your inflammation can come down, then add an extra capsule on a bad day. That’s what works best for me.

Really makes a difference in excruciating menstrual cramps

I've suffered from debilitating menstrual cramps since I was a teen. After injuring my stomach lining with ibuprofen, I've been on many different natural supplements and tried just about everything to reduce the monthly misery. I've taken turmeric for awhile but have only become convinced of its ifficacy in recent months. This is the only brand I use. I take it for a week prior, and twice a day during the bad days. The months I take it are a *huge* improvement over those I don't! It's not Advil, but it really does help.

easy to swollow

I like that these aren't hard to swollow tablets but they have less curcumin than similar products and don't seem to work quite as effectively. something I buy when the other brands are sold out
