Omega3 anyone?

I get my daily Omega3 from Green Pasture's Blue Ice Royal Butter Oil / Fermented Cod Liver Oil Blend. The Non-Flavored is OK if there's no alternative, but the Chocolate Cream and Cinnamon Tingle are my preference. A tiny bit every morning supplies all the EPA A& DHEA a person needs [ i.e. eicosapentaenoic acid & docosahexaenoic acid--omega-3 fats, found in cold water fish. EPA DHA are highly unsaturated fats because they contain 6 & 5 double bonds on their long structural chains.]

This is a great quality oil. I like the mix of the butter and cod liver, although it's an acquired taste.

I use the capsules but the kids take the gel in juice. Supposed to be the best brand. I buy it often!

Quality

This from what I read is the best quality FCLO on the market. It is nasty but the more I took it the less nasty it was and the more by taste buds weren’t bothered by it. I just took a half teaspoon 2-3 times per day for what I thought was a cavity. Turns out it was bone loss. Oh well. But it’s supposed to be the best Vit A and D u can buy for fat soluble vitamins.

Great nutrition and price... hard taste. I prefer the cinnamon tingle. I had to take this with a bit of honey on the spoon. And it was too hard to take early pregnancy.

I am sure it is good for me, but without a flavor it is hard to enjoy it.
