If you're used to regular ramen sold in your local supermarket. this one will take some getting used to but I myself consume it with a clear conscious knowing that it's A healthy version with quality ingredients. the noodle texture is what takes some getting used to. And I do add a pinch of salt but otherwise we love this and the beef flavor
