Terrible gastro issues

I bought this to help with menstrual migraines, and it DOES make a significant difference. However, it does a number on my stomach, to the point where I just can’t take it after a few days. So, I’m off to try magnesium glycinate, which doesn’t have the stomach effects that this product does.
