Every time I cook these I always end up with multiple strands sticking together creating one thick chewy undercooked noodle. Meanwhile the rest of the individual noodles end up overcooked. The non sticking pieces are perfect texture and taste. Just wished they didn’t stick so much

I’ve been buying Jovial for years and the fettuccine is my favorite due to its versatility! Tonight I made a delicious dinner with these noodles, a vegan pumpkin cheese sauce, some veggies, mushrooms, tofu, and plenty of seasoning. Sometimes I’ll break the noodles in half and make a pumpkin coconut curry tofu noodle soup (they’re easier to maneuver in a soup if they’re smaller!), and sometimes I’ll have these noodles in a pumpkin coconut curry sauce with vegan orange chicken and veggies. I am not gluten-free but never feel like I’m missing out when I eat these!!
