Jovial, Organic Gluten Free Mac & Cheese, Truffle

I had to check the box a couple times to make sure it was actually gluten free. The texture and flavor is great.

I was excited to try this but the cheese sauce was thin and disappointing

The truffle flavor is the perfect amount of subtle!

I love jovial pasta, so I thought this might be a nice easy snack for some day. Well, I prepared this yesterday and I was so disappointed. The "cheese" is terrible - salty, no truffle flavor, and very runny. I will stick to making my own gourmet mac&cheese and not buy this one again.

I have celiac and have tried a ton of GF Mac and cheese boxes over the years for my kids and myself and this is hands down the best!

This is me and fiance’s go-to when we want an indulgent meal on the weekends. The truffle is subtle though so if you want a stronger truffle flavor you may need to add more yourself.

This is so amazing and I can eat a whole box myself. Absolutely delicious. I cook this for a family member who is gluten-free, but as someone that loves pasta, the Jovial brand is the best. Sometimes I have to look at the box and make sure it's gluten-free. It tastes so good. We've got the other Jovial pastas and they are excellent.

I was so excited to try this but it was too salty and had no truffle flavor It also lacked creaminess, but you could probably adjust the amount of milk to fix that. Still, i wouldn't buy this product again.
