If you’re following the Autoimmune Protocol, this is for you. Cook it a little less than recommended and don’t add any liquid until you’re ready to eat. If you want pasta salad, rinse and rinse with cold water then toss with a little olive oil. Keep it separate from the rest of your ingredients until you’re ready to eat.
