Do not overcook.
It says on the box because you get a gelatinous mess.
It’s hard to tell if they are overcooked because they never easily get soft. Definitely eat them al dente.
They are greyish color when cooked.
Don’t do well overnight for leftovers as they get soggy.
They will super soak any liquid they sit in…
As for taste, they are decent. My kids ate some and declared not bad which is a miracle for gluten eating children.
So if you really need pasta these are a decent sub but it did kind of leave me wishing I just had zucchini noodles.
