This is great for convenience when you are in a hurry. You can eat hot or cold. I prefer to heat for 30 seconds.

Farro is a flavorful grain that is hard to find in any regular grocery store where I live. This is quick and easy to make. It is delicious and to make it even. better I some of the marinated ar artichokes. I like it best heated but it's also good at room temperature.

I usually eat this as is or sometimes mix with chick peas and chicken for extra protein. So good!

So much ready to eat food has a weird taste to me but this is legit tasty! I have this as an on the go snack or throw it on a salad. It's really good!

This is a delicious alternative to lunch out at work

Good flavor and easy to take to work for an easy lunch, but a little on the dry side. The included spork is a nice touch, but I recommend using something a little more stout in you want to stir the container. I actually wish the container itself were a little wider and shallower as that would make it easier to stir.

My Thrive box was delivered at 11am. It’s 11:40 and I am sitting down eating lunch and I couldn’t wait to write a review. This is the best prepackaged, shelf stable meal I have ever eaten. I added a little soft cheese, cherry tomatoes and salt. It reminds me so much of some of the grain bowls from the restaurant Pane*** Bread Co. I am already excited for lunch tomorrow. I think I’ll put this farro mix over some fresh lettuce, add tomatoes and some plain Greek yogurt maybe even some grilled chicken. Yum! Yum! Yum!
