Great for a quick lunch

The fennel ruins this completely. I’m not sure why it’s in there but yuck.

I’d never take the time to make this from scratch- so this is ideal. Flavorful (but don’t expect anything crazy because it is very low sodium), healthy, and super convenient. Great way to get a little fiber & protein too.

I was in a rush and did not wait the instructed time and boy was that a mistake. This instant lentil I thought would be a good replacement for ramen cups, kept me full but definitely don't rush it and let it soften, especially since this had a lot of dried veggies, you don't want to eat half hydrated veggies (unless you are into that...)

Easy to heat and eat, no separate measuring cup needed. I pour mine onto sauteed kale when I'm home for a heartier lunch. Stir it first, then stir it after adding water, then stir it a third time after cooking it.
