The Skin Does Not Absorb Magnesium
Bought two bottles a while back and just read at NHI website that studies show that magnesium is not absorbed by the skin unless you are sweating. But you may as well just take a magnesium bath with the flakes.

I apply this before bed, after a good soak in Epsom salts when my muscles are achy post workout. Helps me sleep better too I think. Only gripe is that it’s goopy and doesn’t seem to absorb readily. I’ve no comparison so maybe that’s just how it goes for this gel. I will keep buying it because it helps me so much.
