Loisa, Classic Sofrito Cooking Sauce

I usually only get sofrito from my aunt but took a chance and purchased this one, what a wonderful surprise! The best!

I’ve never had sofritos and was surprised by the flavor packed into this jar. It’s bright and fresh cilantro + pepper goodness. I added a bit to enchiladas but look forward to using it as a topping for chicken & rice or something similar.

I’d buy all their flavors if they were available….super delicious.

When i don’t feel like making sofrito from scratch, this one tastes and smells so fresh and homemade. Totally recommend

This is the best cooking sauce that has been created. The latin community has so many condiments for cooking that are not healthy & Im glad we have this now. If you want your food to taste like a home cooked spanish meal ORDER IT NOW. I can’t cook without this its a kitchen staple in my home.

I love the ingredients, but it seems expensive. Not sure whether I will buy it again, only becaues of the high cost.
