I truly enjoy this product

I love traditional sushi rice and found it hard to find a whole grain swap that didn’t make me sad. Although it’s not as sticky as the rice I grew up on, the short grain of this brown rice makes it much closer to what I’m used to.

Made sushi with this twice.

I’ve been trying to find short grain brown rice and this hits the spot. I add butter to the water and makes the rice delicious! Love the texture.

I have been purchasing this particular rice for over a decade and unfortunately the quality has been declined tremendously. The rice is old and a lot of them have blackened parts and/or cracked. I love the idea it’s made in the States and family owned business but while the price has gone up tremendously the quality has declined so much over the years. Not worth the price any more, and you can get so much better quality short grain brown rice at a national chain grocery store, which remain nameless but you can probably guess. Their store brand’s rice is made in Argentina but you see and taste the difference and it’s almost half the price of Lundberg.
