Magic Spoon, Grain-Free Cereal, Maple Waffle

Heads up for anyone with gestational diabetes or watching carbs closely—Magic Spoon lists 4g net carbs per serving, but they subtract 9g of allulose from the 14g total carbs. That means the actual net carbs (by the usual carb – fiber formula) would be 13g. While allulose doesn’t spike everyone, some people (like those with GD or insulin sensitivity) may still see a rise—especially if eaten alone. Just sharing in case you’re relying on this cereal as a low-carb option and didn’t know the math behind it!

You can smell and taste the maple! I bought there as a healthier toddler snack but I eat them too, they are so good!
