I love this brand but this product needs improvement. This caused me to have stomach disturbances every time I took it. It only took 20-30 minutes and I’d have to run straight to the bathroom. It took me a few days to notice the pattern and when I stopped taking it my stomach went back to normal immediately. NOT easy on the stomach. The taste is also TERRIBLE. Imagine sucking on pennies.
