I love everything about these except that they are hard for me to swallow.

It has been hard for me to find a product that will not cause nausa and this was it for me. You can smell the vitamins and minerals in the capsules, this isn't a white pre/post natal you get from the hospital pharmacy, this is the real deal!

Smell earthy and doesn’t taste good but they are all clean ingredients . No after taste or burp up taste

The tablets are large and you have to take 2. They have a slight smell to them. I'm taking them postnatal so it's tolerable, but no way would I have been able to take them throughout my pregnancy.

I tried many prenatals with my first son so when my second came around I made sure to opt for the Megafoods prenatal as it was my favorite. I have also been using the postal for about a year now and it has prevented me from experiencing any postpartum hair loss, and offered me a lot of support for continued breast-feeding.
