The tablets are a bit on the large side but overall it’s a great product. I like the brand.

I used to have terrible leg cramps in bed, would wake me from a deep sleep. Then my leg would hurt all night & be painful to walk on when I got out of bed. I no longer experience that intense pain. I'll periodically get one, when I forget to take this brand & another in combination. So happy to have found this brand on here & for a great price!

I love this magnesium! I take it before bed and sleep great EVERY night. I definitely feel a difference if I go a day without taking it.
